Cancellation Policy
Cancellation can only be made before the item is sent out (mostly on pre-orders). Once the pre-order time is complete, and I've begun sending out packages I will not be able to refund unless its an emergency.

Exchange and Return Policy
Most apparels are made to order, so most of the time I will not be able to accept returns to exchange for a new size. So please order carefully! I will always work with you to ensure that you have the best experience but understand that this is a small brand and only myself and my dog are the staff (and Butter is NOT GOOD AT IT) and we don't have the financial capability to handle exchanges and returns like a traditional shop.

We do not accept returns at all in any circumstances for underwear and bras for health reasons. So sorry about that!!

Tracking and Returned Packages
I ship everything out in USPS first class with tracking numbers, but if you need a more premium option (or want me to use a different company) please let me know ahead of time. In the event of a package coming late or is missing, please contact your local post office and see what your next step is. I generally don't have any control over how things are delivered once they are out of my hands and into the postal system. I'll always try to send out replacements if we have the item in stock or offer refunds but as far as hounding the company on where the package is, I don't have any more power than you do.

If a package is returned to me and it's your mistake (giving the wrong address, being unreachable, etc.), it would be appreciated if you can cover the fee to have the item redelivered.

If a package is returned to me and its MY mistake, I will cover all costs to get it redelivered.
