This is an acetate (plastic) claw clip measuring around 10cm (3.9") x 5cm (2"). The design is molded so don't worry about paint rubbing off through use/contact with water. Claw can go up to 3" wide but 2.5" or less would be preferably to keep the longevity of the hinges. [Because the measurement is from whisker to whisker please note that the clip as a WHOLE is the same size as the other ones but the main body is smaller than moogle and fat cat]
